Exact has launched four mobile applications for users of its Synergy CRM application. The products are available now for free on iTunes for the iPad are expected to be available during the summer for Android users. They work with product update 252. The new apps include the CRM App, which provides customer data to field sales employees. Users can decide which information is standard on their personal dashboards and they can lick directly from the calendar to customer information.

Aptean has announced its Process Manufacturing Suite. The suite melds products from the company's disparate systems: Ross ERP, Factory MES and Pivotal CRM. Jennifer Sherman, Aptean's SVP of product management described the suite as a featuring "best-in-class CRM and manufacturing capabilities" as the product was spotlighted at the company's Edge conference, underway in Las Vegas this week.

Infor has released SyteLine Version 9.00, which the company says is the most significant release of the manufacturing package in years. The manufacturing package includes a variety of the new technologies introduced in the last two years, including broad support for Infor Ming.le, Ion and Business Intelligence. V 9.00 is offered in on-premise, cloud or hybrid deployments. SyteLine now features the ability to have data to be stored in single database or divided into different databases. Cloud deployment and development has been enhanced via features such as a Data Maintenance Wizard for developing new data structures and application forms. There are enhanced compliance measures and financials. Users can also now define promotional pricing and rebates and account for the fluctuation of commodity prices and surcharges, across any number of exchange services for customer and vender orders.
