Exact has introduced Smart Shop Floor with Exact for Manufacturing. Existing customers of Exact for Manufacturing, a cloud-based program, can receive Smart Shop Floor for free for one users. Additional users can be added for $15 per month. The software enables factory operators and workers to input and access real-time job data. They can view shop orders, shop order details, operations and materials.

Gravity Software has added multi-entity capabilities in its cloud-based Gravity 3.0 release. The Southfield, Mich.-based company, whose software is written on the Microsoft CRM platform, says with the new version organizations can set up multiple entities in one database at no additional cost.

Unit4 will roll out Unit4 Business World On, a cloud ERP app, on May 2. The Utrecht, Netherlands-based software company said it will also deliver industry applications such as Professional Services Automation and Student Management. Unit4 said the new product addresses back and front-office processes of professional services, education, not-for-profit and public service organizations.
