Australian vendor Pronto Software has launched the Pronto Connect platform to support software from third parties. There are also major updates to Pronto Xi provide access to the company's Mobile Service and Mobile CRM modules. The Pronto Xi Mobile Service links with Pronto Xi Service Management enabling users to document, log, process and track service calls. Pronto Xi Mobile CRM enables approved employees to access information.

Serenic has released three editions of its Navigator nonprofit accounting application. The versions provide cloud-based or purchased licenses that can be implemented on-premise or hosted off-site. All three versions work with Serenic DonorVision, which is built on Dynamics CRM 2011. The cloud-based Navigator Express is designed for organizations that need basic accounting functions.

Cougar Mountain Software has released CMS Professional 2014, the latest edition to its business and non-profit accounting software. Added features include the Pure Product Sales Report that provides net product sold, sales amount, sales tax, freight, returns/credits, and purchase discounts and shows monthly, quarterly and yearly totals when printed.
