That was a relief. I had thought my search for the nude photos of actress Jennifer Lawrence had gone horribly wrong. By the way, with all the brouhaha (ha, ha, ha, ha) about the pictures of Lawrence, it would help the box office if actors in the next episode of "The Hunger Games" played their roles naked. It would certainly eliminate the unfair advantage of people carrying concealed weapons.

It also could bring new life to the old gladiator slogan “Those who are about to die salute you.” … Apple CEO Tim Cook explained the possible iCloud penetration by hackers who grabbed pix of celebrities in their birthday suits as part of the new iLeak feature. [I’ve never been completely comfortable with the term “birthday suit”. I know how I dressed for my parties. You’d think it could get a bit dangerous blowing out the candles on the cake.]  … Russian president Vladimir Putin finally admitted his country has soldiers in the Ukraine. But he said it was merely a case that they all decided to vacation in the neighboring country and brought along guns and tanks to ensure they stayed in working order. ... Just read a press release that said a product would be announced "later this year". Well, since it can't be released earlier this year, all you have to say is it will be announced this year.
