Prince HarryI don’t see why there is such an uproar in Great Britain over naked pictures of Prince Harry. After all, tourists by the millions come to the country to view the royal, excuse me, crown jewels. The 27-year old defended his actions saying, "I have nothing to hide." The pictures were published by a Rupert Murdoch newspaper, the "Sun". It's good to see that newspapers continue to take a stand on the important issues of our era.

As a result, the Beatles song, "Here Comes the Sun", has been banned from royal palaces. There are reports of more pictures coming. It's nice to know the future of the English royalty is in good hands. The new pictures are likely to show other things in good hands, perhaps with Allstate.  ... With the Republican National Convention coming next week and the Democratic convention after that we hope that the networks will follow the pattern set by NBC with its Olympics coverage—show everything on tape delay late at night. … A recent news items said furniture retailer, IKEA, plans to open hotels. They will be very inexpensive but you have to put your own bed together. … Just published a local history and with my book now selling I am well on my way to making literally tens of dollars with its publication. … … Of course there was such drama this month about the selection of high-profile colleague who will occupy a position of power and national trust. Of course I’m talking about Kelly Ripa’s probable co-host, former football giant, Michael Strahan. ... And in sad news, restaurant mascot Chuck E Cheese has died. The tragic events unrolled after an exterminator was sent to corporate headquarters and inadvertently euthanized the giant rodent. ... With Roger Clemens perhaps in line to play baseball for the Houston Astros, he could set a record - the 50-year old hurler could become the first active baseball player to be a member of AARP.
