RANDOM THOUGHTS: AN ATLANTA STUDENT

An Atlanta student came home last week to complain to his parent: "The person next to me was cheating."   "That happens all the time," the parent said soothingly. "Yeah, but it was the teacher." … OK: I think that maybe these people are not the target market for an accounting publication. Just got this notice: "Furry Sluts (@pimpchilla) is now following you on Twitter!
… There's no secret to the reason media mogul Rupert Murdoch decided to shut down the News of the World after it was revealed publication employees had hacked cell phones. He just wanted to shout, "Stop the presses. Stop the presses." … Following the release of the last Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," a television spinoff, "The Malfoys" is being planned. The new sitcom will follow the hilarious antics of the evil family next door as they bumble their way through schemes for world domination. Charlie Sheen stars as an uproariously debased Lord Voldemort. "Evil, schmevil," Lord V says. "I'm just looking for a good time." Rob Schneider plays family head Lucius Malfoy. "Voldemort, the evilmeister," … as the former Saturday Live Star begins in his trademarked rhythmic banter. In the first episode, Voldemort turns son Draco Malfoy into a cat in order to get rid of Peter Pettigrew, the henchman who spends much of his time as a rat. Potter, however, gets revenge when Draco and Lucius are forced to appear as guests on "The View." The cast is rounded out by the younger sons, Chico and Earl Malfoy … I'm disappointed I wasn't the first person to think of doing a parody on "The Silence of the Lambs". I would have had the new musical with a song such as "I am the very model of a modern major cannibal."
