On August 15, the company granted Lopker an indefinite medical leave of absence and said his wife would assume his duties. Following his death, the company said the arrangements will continue and it will evaluate options for hiring a permanent CEO later.
Assisting Pam Lopker is a newly created interim Office of the Chief Operating Officer comprised by Anton Chilton, chief of global field operations, and CFO Daniel Lender who report to Pam Lopker. She stepped down as chairman of the board with Peter R. van Cuylenburg taking her place in that role.
