Tribridge, which employs 700, has a workforce that is 40-percent female, which is says is well above the national average of 25 percent for technology companies. However, CEO Tony DiBenedetto says, "our representation in leadership and programming didn't meet what we expect from ourselves." The program is designed to involve all levels of the organization from recent campus hires to senior leadership. Under the initiative, the company is providing unlimited paid time off and 12 week of paid maternity and paternity leave. Tribridge has also added Kathryn Hayley, who has global CEO-level experience in IT, healthcare and financial services, and Linda Rebrovick, CEO of Consensus Point, to its board of directors. Tribridge has also structured its recruiting program to find more women job candidates and adopted a program in leadership development and engagement.
