SugarCRM has introduced the Self-Service Portal, a feature of Sugar Serve. It enables customers to provided branded experiences for their customers for purposes such as finding information, tracking service cases and communicating with customer service agents.

Unanet has released version 19.1 for both on-premise and cloud customers. The latest release of the project-management software features expanded capabilities for purchasing and reporting.
