Onno Krap, CFO of Exact, has left the company after seven years on the job. Exact did not provide an exact date for Krap to leave in its October 7 press release.

Intuit has more than 200,000 mid-market customers for its on-premise and desktop financial software, the company said this month. The number was provided this month at the company’s annual Investor’s Day by Alex Chriss, EVP of the small business and self-employed group.

Epicor Software has acquired 1 EDI Source, which makes EDI and AS2 software. The deal closed on October 1 with terms not disclosed.
