The third, Peter Dibbern, previously responsible for marketing and business development, was promoted to the position of chief marketing officer. Schmid, who joined Cosmo in October, was with Avanade for two years two months, where he was sales director for Dynamics 365 applications for German-speaking countries. Fenster was previously with Axians Infoma, a software and consulting company specializing in public administration, where he was technical director. Dibbern has been with Cosmo for three years. The firm has 1,200 employees and operates in 14 countries in Europe and Latin America, including Chile, Columbia, Ecuador,  Mexico, Panama and Peru.
