Oracle NetSuite has introduced a cash management tool embedded in the online suite. Oracle NetSuite Cash 360 provides a real-time view into cash positions and can generate fast and accurate near-term forecasts.

Payments provide Paya has launched Paya Gov, for payments for governing agencies at all levels. The company says the product already serves more than 2,000 government agenciess and municipalities in 24 states. 

 Dynamics reseller Alithya has acquired Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based Vitalyst for $49.2 million. Vitalyst markets on-demand, subscription-based Adaptive Learning to Fortune 1000 companies, offering services for the adoption of Microsoft cloud applications.
