Bill.com experienced  sharp revenue growth during the second quarter ended December 31. But the payments software company spent the increases to support further growth.

 Springbrook Software has acquired Publiq Software in a deal that brings together to companies that serve local governments and agencies. Terms were not disclosed.

 Exact, based in the Netherlands, has named three new executives. The appointments represent an expansion of the ERP software vendor’ leadership team.
