Sage will be raising prices this year, after halting pricing action for the pandemic. The company did not discuss specific pricing changes in the recent first-quarter trading update given by CFO Jonathan Howell.

SugarCRM has introduced playbook functionality to support guided selling and CRM process automation. The company said toolset can be utilized to create playbooks and templates for sales plays, sales methodologies, guided selling, service processes, lead nurturing. The capabilities stem from the acquisition of AddOptify, which has provided the Customer Journey Plugin for SugarCRM since 2016.

Acumatica is introducing certification for its industry editions with the new partner year that starts in April. The cloud software is retooling its requirements to support the move.
