NETSUITE INKS FOUR VARS

Mark Goodson, BCG SystemsNetSuite has signed four new resellers and during this week's first-quarter earnings webcast, CEO Zach Nelson said there would be more soon. In his usual charitable tone towards competitors, Nelson said, "It's close to a stampede in the Microsoft and Sage VAR channel to move to NetSuite."
The biggest win was probably BCG Systems of Akron, Ohio, which listed $8.4 million in revenue and 38 staff in its submission for the Top 100 VAR selection. The technology arm of CPA firm BCG & Co., it sells Dynamics GP and Sage 500. NetSuite noted BCG Systems had sold off a desktop product. President Mark Goodson said that was the MAS 90 practice which it sold "a while ago to focus on opportunities such as this". Also joining the  program was New York's Mig & Co., with $7.55 million in revenue and 35 employees which carries Dynamics GP and SL. The other new VARs were Neo3 of Canfield, Ohio, and Tag of La Jolla, Calif. Neo3 handles BusinessWorks, Sage 100 and Sage CRM and Fixed Assets. Tag sells Sage 100 and Sage's Timberline Office and Enterprise and Master Builder. Among those expected to be announced soon as picking up NetSuite is Blytheco. Nelson said there would be announcements of "major channel relationships" at the company's SuiteWorld conference May 14 to 17. And he modestly described upcoming announcements as including a "major strategic announcement I believe that will change the face of the ERP market" and would be a "revolutionary date in the history of technology."
