MENTER, HOAD, ENDERS, BAKER EXIT BLYTHECO

Ruth Menter, BlythecoRuth Menter and Nicholas Hoad, who joined Blytheco with its purchase of the former Macdonald Consulting, have left the top Sage reseller. Owner Steve Blythe said he purchased the minority shares held by the two and also shares held by VPs Judy Enders and Tim Baker who have also left. All are available to help with the transition.
"This has nothing to do with either the economy or direction. We are well funded, healthy and have a well-designed plan for the future direction of Blytheco that we are executing and have the full support of our staff and management team," Blythe wrote in an email. He said the parting was amicable. The buyout was effective June 1. Menter has been president and COO and Hoad, EVP of technology solutions. They came aboard via the merger of Blytheco and Atlanta-based Macdonald Consulting in 2008. Enders was previously president of Automated Business Solutions, which was acquired in 2008, and had served as VP of MAS 90/200 consulting for Laguna Hills, Calif.-based Blytheco. Baker, who Blythe said had accepted a teaching job, joined when his company was purchased by Blytheco early in 2008. The question about direction was being asked by the channel because Blythe, who had criticized Sage's new branding, picked up SugarCRM in January and NetSuite in May. His company had been a Sage loyalist and made those moves because of Sage's lack of cloud products.
