SAGE MAKING MASTERBUILDER PUSH?
Two press releases might not be a lot to base this theory on. But Sage this week issued two press release about happy MasterBuilder customers and that’s twice the amount it’s issued in the period starting March 5, 2009, which is where the current press release archive starts.
The only other releases I found was issued November 29. It’s been a long time since Sage has discussed MasterBuilder with the press and I remember about two years ago a larger construction VAR saying that MasterBuilder is a very good product and it’s unfortunate that Sage seemed to be neglecting it. The two customer win stories were Stellos Electric and Dyna Electric – I think we have a theme here. The one thing I started looking for is the name of the reseller that did that deal, which is usually included in happy customer stories. But there’s nothing in these to suggest the channel was involved.
