SAGE DEVELOPING NEW INTERFACE

Pascal Houilon, SageSage is developing a new user interface for its financial software products. Speaking at the Sage Summit conference in Nashville Tenn. Pascal Houillon, of Sage North America said the program, code named "Syracuse" will be delivered in the United States in 2013.
He said that move would simplify the interface, although he did not spell out details. He also emphasized the message delivered at the July Investor Day by Guy Berruyer, chief executive of the parent, the Sage Group, that the company will put more money behind core products, less behind non-core. Sage's PR efforts got out in front of the keynote and there were five press releases that Houillon addressed although I'm not sure that he talked about all the information that the releases said he talked about. I must have been dozing.
