Procore says the report shows its four ESG pillars: Environmental Stewardship, Our People, Social Impact and Responsible Business Practices. Highlights include the company’s goal of providing customers with software that helps reduce construction waste, mitigate the risk of rework and enables safer jobsites with improved quality control. It intends to develop construction professions by providing free access to 97 percent of American Council for Construction Education accredited undergraduate construction management programs. Procore is partnering with 107 organizations to donate products, along with $250,000 to historically Black Colleges and Universities Scholarship Fund in partnership with the Association of General Contractors of America, in 2021. Procore is also establishing oversight and management of ESG at multiple levels of the company. In addition, it intends to have diversity of the board of directors with women comprising 44 percent of the Board of Directors identifying as female.
