QAD DEBUTS DIGITAL ASSISTANT Featured

QAD has introduced Miny, a digital assistant, inside QAD’s process mining software, QAD Process Intelligence.

Miny, trained on a private and secure version of OpenAI’s GPT, can engage in conversations around process mining. It can respond to common language questions about key concepts and system navigation, and can also summarize insights that QAD Process Intelligence has developed from monitored business processes. François Arnaud, director of engineering at QAD, says the assistance, “makes process mining more accessible and easier to use, which means that more people can benefit from its insights.” QAD says the new technology is designed to enable business process experts to learn from Process Intelligence without need to upskill the workforce for AI. Miny is being released to all customers.
