Salesforce has made Sales Planning generally available. The company said this week Sales Planning enables companies to easily build end-to-end plans utilizing CRM data.

 Sales Planning can be used to build plans from key business criteria taking advantage of out-of-the-box templates. When published, plans are executed within Sales Cloud. The package has a central interface for all users for collaboration across an organization. It offers a Framework Only option for them to build plans. In addition, there is a centralized plan library for managing and tracking in-progress and historical plans. Quota, budget and other measurements can be distributed within an organization via the Metric Allocation Engine. Sales Planning is offered with a Starter Edition for $25 per user per month with setup and onboarding and lead, account, contact and opportunity management. At $75 per user, per month, the Professional Edition adds Customizable Reports and Dashboards; Forecast Management; and Quoting and Contracting. The Enterprise Editions offers CRM for sales with analytics and API for $150 per user per month. For $300 per user per month, the Unlimited Edition incorporates  Generative AI and Advanced Automation; Premier Success Plan and a full sandbox
