SAGE PACKED SUMMIT ATTENDANCE?

Sage acknowledges it had 15,000 attendees at last month's Summit conference, short of the 20,000 it promised. But the real question is how relevant all those bodies were. We know that the software company was advertising a $99 entry fee up through the start of the Chicago-based event. But there are complaints that Sage was handing out passes like candy and the attendance including people basically off the street.

The guy next door is our neighborhood's angry-old man. A couple of nights ago, he sat in his car in front of his house for hours setting off and silencing the car's alarm system. I didn't start to worry until I found a piece of paper in his garbage can that was filled with the phrase "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"

Sage CEO Steve Kelly said this were there are 15,000 individuals registered for Sage Summit. And there are another 15,000 who has signed up to watch remotely the United Kingdom-based CEO said this week in a tweet. So is this a half full glass or half empty? It's a good number, but the total does not meet the 20,000 the company told exhibitors it would get.
