Retail software vendor Aptos has acquired BT Expdeite, which had been the exclusive Aptos reseller in Europe. The deal includes Clienteling, an application resold by Aptos in North America; a retail learning management system; the Mercatus merchandising platform; and an eCommerce platform, FrescaCommerce.

CPA firm Sikich is continuing its expansion by the purchase of midmarket resellers. The company is following up its acquisition of Boston, Mass.-based Altico Advisors in August 2015 and BCG & Co., Akron, Ohio, in April, with its plan to acquire Glendale, Calif.-based SCS, a Dynamics NAV reseller.
