Syspro USA has hired Lou Sassano as its channel VP. His hiring follows the recent announcement that the company had established a global ISV program.

 The United States mid-market economy is still expanding, but conditions are deteriorating, according to the recently released RSM US Middle Market Business Index.

Zoho has launched new tools for Zoho Desk, its customer service platform.  Among new features is Blended Conversations, which combines human and bot conversational service. A majority of manual and transactional tasks are delegated to bots.
