Quisitive Technology Solutions has emerged as an active acquirer in the mid-market financial software space. In June, it purchased the Corporate Renaissance Group and has followed that up with the acquisition of Menlo Technologies, which purchased the former SSI Consulting in 2018.

Infor COO Pam Murphy has left the software company as of December 31. The announcement, filed with the SEC, gave the usual pursuing other opportunities “which are not competitive with the Company’s business” as the reason.

The CEO chair at Alfapeople has been spinning a bit quickly in the last two years. In November, the Dynamics VAR, which is a retail specialist, brought back Michael Gaardboe, who gave up the job in January 2018.
