Aktion Associates has promoted Bob Black to the position of VP of the firm’s Multi-Industry Division. Black has been with the Maumee, Ohio-based VAR since November 2006.

Unanet has added six new executives, the company said this week. The additions include three C-level individuals: a chief customer officer, chief product officer and CMO.

Avalara has hired Salim Ali as SVP of its international operations. The company this month specified EMEA,  Brazil and India as being among regions for which he will have responsibility.
