Avalara, which based sales-and-use-tax software, has released 51 certified integrations for a broad array of business software applications. The integrations, which let other parties access Avalara’s capabilities, include accounting, ERP, ecommerce, point-of-sale, mobile commerce, and CRM titles.

 Vena has released Vena Insights, a reporting and analytical package. The vendor says this month the software features AI capabilities and centrally managed permissions by the use of Microsoft technology, including Power BI.

 IFS is acquiring Quebec-based Poka, which makes software for training and managing factory and field workers. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.
