Net at Work has acquired the Sage 100 customer base of accounting firm Baker Tilly US. Terms were not disclosed.

 Avalara, which based sales-and-use-tax software, has released 51 certified integrations for a broad array of business software applications. The integrations, which let other parties access Avalara’s capabilities, include accounting, ERP, ecommerce, point-of-sale, mobile commerce, and CRM titles.

Geni Whitehouse has been named president of the Information Technology Alliance effective August 1. A CPA, She replaces Shawn Slavin, who resigned after nearly four years in the position.
