Reselling veteran Ken Eldridge has joined Clients First Business Solutions. Eldridge, who is based in Massachusetts, is serving as EVP of sales and marketing, for Holmdel, N.J.-based CFBS.

 Newly public Procore Technologies has expanded into the Middle East and North Africa. The construction software company said it will focus on the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Infor has agreed to sell its Enterprise Asset Management business to Sweden-based Hexagon for $2.75 billion. It is the largest divestiture by Infor, a company built through acquisition.
