Velosio is offering Fixed-Price Upgrade for Dynamics AX customers in North America. The Columbus, Ohio-based reseller said readiness, implementation and support services are packaged in a turnkey program.

 Avalara has updated its applications to comply with value-added tax rules for ecommerce in the European Union. The rules went into effect on July 1 for B2C ecommerce, including the EU One-Stop Shop, the Import One-Stop Shop and marketplace deemed supplier obligations.

QAD wants to expand the QAD Global Partner Network beyond its current 100 members. This includes attracting more channel partners to resell QAD Adaptive Applications, the company said this week.
