Ashley Hart, InforInfor has explained the change in organization that led to the departure of its co-presidents this year. The company this week also announced the hiring of three other senior executives. CEO Charles Phillips explained the changes during a conference call for the software company’s earnings call for the quarter ended July 31.

Christian Pedersen, IFSChristian Pedersen, who once played a key role in Microsoft’s Dynamics business, has become chief product officer of IFS, an enterprise software company based in Sweden. Pedersen joins the company after holding the same position with SAP from January 2017 through August this year.

Reseller DSD Business Systems has acquired the Sage 100 business from RSM US. San Diego, Calif.-based DSD notes this moves the firm’s operations into the Midwest. RSM had operated the Sage 100 practice since 1991 and had more than 125 clients.
