APTEAN INTROS LIFETIME SUPPORT
Aptean has launched the Aptean Unlimited Program to provide lifetime support for its products. The line includes Pivotal, Saratoga and Onyx CRM applications and the Compiere, Made2Manage and Ross ERP packages . Aptean said the program also offers increased customer collaboration and input into road maps, plus continued investment and innovation.
Details will be provided to customers during the next two months via through emails, webinars, and one-to-one phone calls or visits by company representatives. Information about the program has not yet been placed on Aptean’s website other than through a press release and pricing was not discussed at any point. Aptean was formed during the summer via the merger of CDC Software and Consona.
