SILVERSUN DEBUTS NEW WEBSITE Featured

Mark Meller, SilverSun TechnologiesSilverSun Technologies, parent to Sage reseller, SWK Technologies, has established a new website. It's much more interesting graphically than the old one, which was pretty staid. And it spells out many of the strategic points made by CEO Mark Meller in a recent investor presentation. For the mid-market channel and their supplies, the meat is in the section called "Business Focus" The first headline proclaims the company among the largest Sage X3 resellers in the country but also notes SilverSun is proud to handle Acumatica and NetSuite, suggesting it has had time to get comfortable with the two cloud applications.

Another section outlines key competitive strengths that include its status as an ISV and as a Sage Gold Development Partner. The section "Primary Targets" repeats much of Meller's Wall Street presentation about future M&A activities, although not all the details. The major thrust is it seeks to acquire managed service providers, ISVs and VARs. The MSP section notes, "We believe that we may be able to consolidate a number of these MSPs with our existing operation in effort to become one of the more significant providers of these services in the U.S." Because of its experience as an ISV, SilverSun can "significantly enhance the sales volume of any potential acquisition via our existing infrastructure, our sales channel, and our internal marketing programs" The section on target VARs is less specific than Meller's presentation which said the company seeks resellers with at least $1 million in annual revenue and which are cash flow and net income positive.
