SERERRA HIRES FORMER SAGE MANAGER
Kimberly Graham, who held channel management positions at Sage and NetSuite, has joined cloud VAR Sererra as director of client success. Graham was one of seven new hires featured on the website of the Irvine, Calif.-based reseller. In her new role, Graham and her team will manage client relationships.
The company also named Chance Berry as director of business development. Berry was previously director of sales and marketing at software publisher, Master System. Another new manager, Jimmy Juarez, was hired as director of business development. Juarez was founder of ForSys, Salesforce professional services and consulting firm. Graham had two tenures at Sage. She was a senior manager, involved in channel marketing, from June 1999 through July 2005, and returned as a director and was involved in the partner portal. In her second life at Sage, she was employed from June 2006 through October 2011. During the 11 months in between those periods, she served as NetSuite’s channel marketing manager.
