He fills the position left vacant in April when Matt Wolf left to become global VP of alliances and channels at Neuron7.ai. Wolf was hired for the new position in September 2022.  Skelding was founder and CEO of the Evolved Service Group, where he worked from August 2022 until taking the job with Rootstock. Prior positions include his service from March 2020 through April 2022 as VP of  business strategy and operations at Appfiy and a year and five months as head of strategic partnerships at Element. The Rootstock Partner Program includes system integrators, resellers, channel and referral partners, along with complementary technology partner. He spent six years three months at ServiceMax and in his last job there, he was VP of global alliances from January 2017 through March 2018 and stayed with the operation for four months after its purchase by GE Digital.
