SAGE STRIVES TO FIX SYSTEM
                Sage North America has been working to find what has been causing outages and instability on its online system which included a 22-hour period last week in which at some points, the company’s Web site, email, order-entry system and Sage Accpaconline.com were all down. Reports of problems with Accpacconline.com, a CRM offering have persisted. In a June 7 email, sales VP Paul Johnson told channel members that the issue had been isolated to its storage area network and Sage was working with an outside third-party storage provider.
