Sage has acquired Corecon Technologies, which makes preconstruction and project management applications.

Founded in 1999, Corecon’s customers include general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and custom homebuilders. Terms were not disclosed. Its preconstruction modules include Leads, Lead Analysis, Drawings & Specs and Invitation to Bid. Project Financials encompass such capabilities as Client Contact Administration, Change Management, Procurement and Labor Timecards. On the Project Management side are Correspondence, Documentation and Quality Control & Safety, among others. Corecon will continue to integrate with a wide range ERP and accounting systems, including Sage Intacct Construction, 300 Construction and Real Estate, and 100 Contractor
