This deal follows Accordion’s recent purchase of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting firm Platform Specialists. In its announcement, the company said the combination “will make Accordion the unrivaled digital-enablement partner for PE-backed CFOs.” Atlanta, Ga., Abaci has 36 employees, which suggests an estimated revenue in the range of $7 million to $9 million. In the prepared statement, Accordion CEO Nick Leopard, cited Abaci’s “deep familiarity with PE-backed companies.” Abaci is also an Adaptive Planning Services Partner.
