With his promotion, Gregoire will receive a $1.5-million award with 50 percent of that comprised by restricted stock units and the rest by performance-based restricted stock units. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Gregoire spent 15 years four months with FiServ. For the last four years, one month he was president of the financial services group.
