BIZ APP HEAD FLOMBAUM LEAVING MICROSOFT Featured

Cecilia Flombaum, who has been involved in Microsoft business applications for years, is leaving her job as global ecosystem leader for business applications. Flombaum announced the move on Linked In.

Her statement said, “I won't be returning to my role as head of Business Applications partner strategy”. She is not sure what her next move will be. Flombaum has been with Microsoft for 21 years one month. She started at the software company in 2001 where she  developed the process for  Enterprise Partner Solution Segmentation & Selection and then developed the partner recruitment process  in EMEa for Microsoft Business Solutions ,[the former organization that was the Dynamics business. As global small busines and corporate partner sales lead for business applications from June 2015 through July 2017, she said her group accomplished 140-percent growth in partner sales. In her latest role, Flombaum said she was responsible for 40-percent growth each year for business applications.
