These include instant messaging, video calls, document collaboration, shares, and integration with Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, Windows File Shares and other applications. Richard Hansson, CEO of Incentive, said that collaboration was previously ineffective with 365 and the other tools. "These are very poorly integrated and implemented in Dynamics 365," Hansson said in a recent interview. Dynamics Connect has been embedded in 365 with Hansson noting that courtesy of its agreement with Microsoft, "We are the only ones allowed to be injected into Dynamics 365," he said. Pricing is based on the size of the Dynamics 365 installation. Under the small and midsize plan, companies with up to 20 seats pay $12 per month when billed annually, or $19 per month billed monthly. Incentive has a relative new channel that includes resellers 4Q Solutions, Plus Consulting and accounting firm Sikich.
