With R2, it is automatically available to customers who use the Always Current Program. The feature enables users to “collect payments from customers without having to cobble together a bunch of solutions,” according to Doug Johnson, Acumatica’s VP of product management. Payments supports credit card and ACH processing, with what the company described as improved reconciliation, mobile portal payments, click-to-pay and gift cards. The latest release also enables users to utilize Acumatica to Amazon’s Seller Central marketplace, supporting FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and MFN (Merchant-Fulfilled Network) delivery models. It also supports Shopify’s new B2B eCommerce functionalities, including customer hierarchies and price tiers. There are also new web endpoints for Acumatica’s Product Configurator while a highly requested feature, a consolidated account reconciliation retainage invoicing feature, has been added. In addition, there is a new Manage Sales Allocations screen.
