A MICR line can be added by selecting Blank under Paper Type. The Bank Account and Routing Number fields that appear on the image of the check are then entered. Users can also, update fonts and font sizes, and move fields. Once a check style template has been saved, a Preview can be selected in the Options menu and a PDF will be automatically downloaded.

XERO RELEASES CHECK STYLE EDITOR Featured
Xero has released a new check style editor that enables users to select from multiple print layouts, including 3-up checks. Users can also print MICR encoded checks of blank stock, drag-and-drop elements to customize check layout, and preview a sample check for each check style created in Xero.
