SugarCRM has acquired Salesfusion, which makes marketing automation software. Terms were not disclosed. The deal, announced this week, follows on the March purchase of emall integration applications from Collabspot by SugarCRM.

Xero lost about $18.7 million for the year ended March 31. But the New Zealand-based company said this it turned a profit of roughly $965,000 in the second half and its also reported free cash flow for the first time.

Revenue for the Prodware Group rose to approximately $41.3 million for the first quarter ended March 31, a 2.7-percent increase over last year’s corresponding period. The France-based Dynamics and Sage reseller said this week SaaS revenues were about $5.6 million in the most recently ended period, an increase of 10.5 percent from a year ago.
