Unit4 has hired Andy Brockhoff as president of its North American operations. He replaces Scott Kamieneski, who is leaving by the end of July.

Acumatica’s acquisition recently by Sweden-based EQT Partners was put in play with last year’s purchase of Intacct by Sage, according to Acumatica CEO Jon Roskill. “We could continue to operate independently and be moderately interesting,” he said this week. 

Dynamic Consulting has acquired the consulting operations of Briware Solutions. Both companies are Dynamics resellers. This week’s announcement said the deal enables Dynamic Consulting to deliver applications and services in the Microsoft stack to Dynamics customers of Oakville, Ont.-based Briware.
