Crowe has merged its performance consulting and risk consulting groups. The accounting firm this week said Josh Cole has been named managing principal of the combined consulting team.

Fishbowl ShipExpress, a plugin built into the Fishbowl interface, integrates Fishbowl software with shipping services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. It eliminates the need for an ODBC connection, Endicia or another outside source.

Altec has updated its DocLink Deployment Certification program. The document management software company says the program will provide partners with greater education through hands-on training and shadowing opportunities with Altec’s Implementation team.
