Nonprofit software vendor Tangicloud Technologies has named Steve Potts as president. Tangicloud make software based on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Business Central.

 Sovos has acquired TOC Biometrics, a Santiago, Chile-based company that provides id verification and electronic signature applications. Terms were not disclosed.

Unit4 has named Jean de Villiers as its chief customer officer. The new exec will be responsible for a broad range of areas affecting customers.
