Bill.com cut its net loss by 96 percent for the second quarter ended December 31. The company also said revenue was up by 50.3 percent as the payments software organization made its first report as a publicly traded company this week.

STONERIDGE ACQUIRES ABS

Stoneridge Software, based in Stoneville, Minn., has acquired Advanced Business Systems, based in Austin, Texas. In this week’s announcement, ABS president Chris Carrigee, who co-founded his firm in January 1989, noted the way in which the services resellers deliver have grown more complex.

CMO MCMURTRIE TO LEAVE SAGE
