Cherry Bekaert has acquired Icimo, a data analytics and services firm. Icimo founders Bryce Gartner, Jennifer Gartner and Matt Illuzzi are continuing their leadership roles within the new group. 

The Rand Group has created a data sciences practice, the Houston, Texas-based reseller said this month. It also said Brian Peterson and Anthony Bonaduce have joined it as VPs to run the business. 

The Alithya Group, which acquired the former Edgewater Technology in 2018, has purchased the Askida group of companies this month. The deal is valued at about $12 million and will be paid in Class A voting shares and cash.
