Axiell, a Sweden-based software company, has agreed to acquire Infor Library & Information Solutions. Terms for the deal, expected to close in February, were not disclosed.

Himanshu Palsule has become CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand, a more than $750-million company, which makes HR software. Palsule announced the move this week in a LinkedIn post.
